Kai and Cole started 'Deer's Hill' to provide a comfort cuisine in Boulder, Colorado inspired by ingredient forward dishes from Scotland, Italy, Greece and Turkey.

Their adaptations of these cuisines is set to resonate in the lifestyle that makes Boulder incredibly special, designing menus for pre and post outdoor recreation, family style eating and an interest in local and seasonal ingredients.

Their food truck is open to the public during the week from 1130 AM to 2 PM for lunch, and on Sunday morning from 9 AM to 1 Pm for brunch.

For private events and catering the menu is crafted specifically to meet the clients tastes and the nuances of their event.
